This document establishes the rules for using the consulting services provided by verydesk (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") for fixed asset management, corporate workstation optimization, and training on ergonomic furniture depreciation.
The Provider offers consulting in the logistics of fixed assets, overhead cost control, and collective purchasing strategies for companies. Services include evaluating technical furniture depreciation and technical optimization of workstations.
The Client is obligated to provide accurate information regarding assets and expenses. The Provider undertakes to offer customized solutions based on verifiable data, without unrealistic promises regarding performance.
The Provider is not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages, including loss of profit, arising from the use of the services. The total liability of the Provider is limited to the value of services paid in the last 12 months.
The Client may request termination of services with a 30-day notice. The Provider may suspend access in case of non-payment or breach of terms, with a prior 15-day notice.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms, informing clients by email 30 days in advance. Continued use of the services after modifications implies acceptance of the new conditions.
